Learned counsel for the respondent, however, has produced the copy of the judgment passed before trial Court on 29.01.2026, whereby, the suit has been allowed and decreed. 03. In view of the aforesaid, the application in the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the case sought to be transferred has already been disposed of by the trial court on 29.01.2026. 04.
