Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with regard to age of superannuation, a dispute under Section 55 (2) of Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 has been raised before the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Raipur. She would further submit that an application for grant of stay was also moved along with the said petition. She would also submit that the respondent No. 3 has not concluded the proceedings of the pending dispute and application for interim relief till date. Ms. Singh would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 3 to conclude the proceedings of pending dispute at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by Ms. Singh, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the pending dispute which was raised on 25.05.2022 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from today, if already not concluded. 5.
