Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
