Learned Assistant Government Pleader Sri S.Raju would submit that the copies of the references sought for by the Petitioner have been given to the Petitioner and an acknowledgment was obtained today. Apart from that, the copies of the said documents were also furnished to the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3. In that view, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
