Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri. P. N. Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj.
On 30.06.2024, theft was committed by unknown persons in the Jewelry shop of the informant, Jewelry worth Rs. 50 lakhs were stolen.
It was submitted that petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything was recovered from their possession.
Attention has been drawn towards the impugned order and from perusal of which, it appears that petitioners have confessed their guilt.
Considering the fact that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri. P. N. Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj or his successor, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024.
