The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 05.07.2024 registered under Sections 80, 85 & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sandaur, District Malerkotla.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Deepak Kumar, submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Sangrur, vide order dated
26.05.2025.
