The petitioner filed W.P.No.15686 of 2011 to declare the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 vide No.PA/18(16)/2005-RM(K), dated 21.02.2005, in so far as imposing the penalty of one increment without cumulative effect besides treating the suspension period from 20.03.2002 to 01.09.2003 on duty, is illegal and arbitrary. non- 2. \ as not '4 The said writ petition was disposed of on 02.02.2011, wherein the operative portion of the said order reads as follows: 3. “....I am of the considered opinion that such an order cannot be interfered by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, since the petitioner has already suffered with punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of one year, the order to the effect treating the period of suspension as ‘not on duty’ is liable to be set aside and is accordingly set aside and the respondents are directed to treat the period of suspension as a regular service, however, petitioner is not entitled for any monetary benefits on that ground.” Sri Sanisetty Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel submitted the proceedings vide Case No.O1/876(15686)/2005-GVPT-ll, dated 15.03.2025. In the said proceedings, it was mentioned that, in pursuance of the order passed by the Court, the period of suspension of Sri K.L. Sudhakar, E.358072, Conductor of GVPT-II depot was set aside and reckoned as on duty and arrears payable for the aforementioned period has been arrived and paid an amount of Rs.18,241/- to the petitioner. 4. A perusal of the proceedings, referred to supra, the grievance of the petitioner, regarding the violation order dated 02.02.2011 in W.P.No.15686 of 2005, is misconceived. In fact, the dated 02.02.2011 W.P.No.15686 of 2005 has been complied with. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 6.
