In compliance of Court’s order dated 27.11.2024, today victim has appeared along with her father before this Court through video conferencing from the DLSA- Mahasamund (C.G.) and on being asked, she has raised objection to release the applicant on bail. 3. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.64/2024 registered at Police Station Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act. 4. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the instant MCRC. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
