This application has been filed seeking a stay on the effect, operation, and execution of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Washim, in RCA No. 53 of 2023, decided on 28.01.2025, as well as the judgment and decree passed by the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Washim, in RCS No. 192 of 2016, dated 12.04.2019. Consequently, both the appellants and the respondents continue to be in possession of the entire suit property. Since the respondents are presently not available, execution proceedings have not been initiated and notices have also not yet been issued. 3. In view of the above circumstances, the execution of the said decree has been stayed until the next date of hearing. 4. Civil application stands disposed of.
