Advocate has submitted the report dated 19.05.2024 furnished to him by SHO, Police Station Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur (East) wherein it has been mentioned that accused- Rajesh Kumar Meena has expired on 24.09.2016. Along with the report, he has produced photocopy of death certificate of accused- Rajesh Kumar Meena issued under the signature of Registrar, Death and Birth, Municipal Board, Vidya Vihar, Pilani.
