Learned A.G.A. for the State do not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. In view thereof, since a regular Criminal Appeal has already been preferred by the appellant Ramchandra Kori, therefore, the instant Jail Appeal is not maintainable and is, accordingly dismissed.
