At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely Rambabu Ram and Rakesh Tiwari respectively, has already been withdrawn vide order dated 16.04.2025. 3. So far as, the petitioner no.1 (Raj Narayan Ram) is concerned, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present modification application with Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33847 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 liberty to avail appropriate remedy. 4. Accordingly, the present modification application in respect of petitioner no.1 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
