I have considered submissions of learned advocates for rival parties and perused the status report of trial Court dated 06.05.2025 that statement of prosecution witnesses are over and trial is at the stage of recording statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. as well as taking note that applicant is in jail since 20.09.2022 i.e. 2-½ years, therefore, this Court is of the view that aforesaid period of detention cannot be considered to be a prolong detention as well as statement of victim appears to be consistent. 3.
