It is the grievance of the petitioners (legal heirs of the original petitioner), that benefits of time bound promotion, selection grade and difference of arrears on implementation of recommendation of 6th PRC, accruing to the original petitioner - Late Ramesh Pd. Singh, who was an employee under the State, have not yet been paid to the petitioners (legal heirs).

Considering the aforesaid fact, the grievance of the petitioners first needs to be looked into and addressed by the Registrar, Sido Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka (SKM University, Dumka).

Thus, I direct the petitioners to file a detailed representation making the aforesaid claim to the Registrar, SKM University, Dumka. The representation must be filed within four

weeks.

If such representation is filed, the Registrar, SKM University, Dumka, will consider the case of the petitioners and will arrive at a conclusion as to whether the petitioners are entitled for the aforesaid reliefs or not.

If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the aforesaid relief, necessary recommendation must be made by the Registrar to the State. The State thereafter will release the necessary fund so that the amount can be paid to the petitioners.

If it is found that the petitioners are not entitled for any benefits, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioners.
7.
The entire process must be concluded within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation of the petitioners.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands
disposed of.
