The limited prayer in this application under Order XXXIX, Rule (1) & (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure is for maintaining status quo over the disputed land. Page No.# 2/2 3. It is the case of the applicant that during the pendency of the case before this Court, the opposite party has abused the stay order dated 12.06.2024 by illegally encroaching upon his land and attempting to change the structure and nature of the disputed land. It is stated that some grown up trees which were planted by the applicant has been cut down, some of which were more than 43 (Forty-Three) years old. The opposite party has therefore, violated the stay order dated 12.06.2024 in the said manner by attempting to change the structure and nature of the disputed land. It is, therefore, prayed that a direction may be given for maintaining status quo over the disputed land till the disposal of the connected Civil Revision Petition No. 09(AP)2024. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant has no objection to the said prayer. 5. Accordingly, the parties are directed to maintain status quo over the disputed land, till next date of listing of the Civil Revision Petition No. 09(AP)2024, i.e. on 30.04.2025. 6.
