The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.01.2025, passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, in Case No. 129/2015, and the order dated 16.06.2008, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Handiya, Prayagraj, in Case No. 210/312 of 2007-08." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing second appeal against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
