2. On perusal of the representation and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 claiming themselves to be the trustees are persisting with the erstwhile poojari and are not permitting the present poojari to do his duty. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no complaint from the concerned poojari. If he is not permitted to do his work, leaving it open to the concerned poojari to make a complaint, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
