Nagaraju, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise. 2. Sri P. Nagaraju, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the District Prohibition and Excise Officer, Eluru dated 23.01.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is respectfully submitted that in order to settle the refund claim of the petitioner, this office has issued Proceedings order in Rc.No.84/2022/Refund AF-2019/A1-5, dated 22/06/2022. Immediately after issue of Refund Proceedings, this Office has prepared Refund bill for Rs.10,00,000-00 (Rupees ten lakhs only) pertaining to the individual and the refund bill was submitted to the District Treasury on 16-07-2022. The bill was approved on 19-07-2022 by the District Treasury and the refund amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs.Ten Lakhs) was credited to the petitioner's bank account bearing NO. 0660101017858 on 12.11.2024 with payment reference of the CFMS is RBI3172431421709 for the individual CFMS No.1008928163.” 3. The above extract would indicate that the due amount was credited to the Bank Account of the Writ Petitioner. This Court had directed the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner to obtain instructions from his client whether he has received the said amount into his account or not. 4. When the matter is now called out, Sri Ch.BR. P. Sekhar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instruction, submits that the Writ Petitioner has received the amount into his Bank Account. 5. Having recorded the same, no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 6.
