Having considered that the dispute and differences between the petitioner and the private respondent no.7 is private in nature, the police authorities have hardly any role to involve themselves. However, the police authorities would abide by any order passed by the learned civil court and/or any other appropriate authority, in case, they find that there is dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent no.7.
