It is the case of the petitioner that he filed the writ petition vide 2. W.P.No.25994 of 2022, questioning the notice dated 31.05.2022 issued by respondent No.4 on the ground that he does not have jurisdiction to issue the said notice. This Court, after considering the case of the petitioner, by order dated 18.08.2022, stayed all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned notice dated 31.05.2022. It is further case of the petitioner that despite the th interim orders, the respondent authorities have mutated the name of the 6 respondent in the revenue records for an extent of Ac.0.127 cents. In view of the said violation, the present contempt case is filed. On the other hand, a counter affidavit was filed on behalf of 3. respondents No.3 and 4, stating that the Government proposed to conduct a ‘Saswatha Bhu-Hakku mariyu Bhu-Raksha’ resurvey, and accordingly a survey was conducted during the month of July 2022. It is further stated that during the said survey, the respondent approached with a request to mutate his name and after conducting an enquiry, the name of the 6 th respondent was mutated in the revenue records. It is further stated that this Court granted the interim order on 18.08.2022, whereas the name of the 6 respondent was mutated in the month of July 2022. It is further averred in the th counter affidavit that subsequent to the passing of interim order, they have not 3 initiated any action nor they have provided with the notice dated 31.05.2022 which was impugned in the writ petition. 4. In view of the categorical assertions made by respondents No.2 and 3 in the counter affidavit, they have not violated the orders passed by this Court and no action was initiated pursuant to the same. Though it is pleaded by the petitioner that the respondent authorities have violated the interim order, nothing has been placed on record to show that the respondent authorities have flouted the orders passed by this Court. 5. In the absence of any material available to show that the respondent authorities have violated the orders passed by this Court, the contempt cannot be entertained. case 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a setiuel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/-V.
