The petitioners, through the medium of the present writ petition, have sought a direction upon the respondents to execute lease deed/tripartite agreement for vacant land Sr. No. 41 2 WP(C) No. 2158/2024 measuring 32 kanals situated in J&K Integrated Textile Part Limited, SIDCO, Kathua in favour of the three-unit members belonging to the petitioners. 2. The petitioners have sought an alternative prayer seeking a direction upon the respondents to decide their representation dated 31.07.2024 wherein the petitioners have sought a similar relief from the respondents. 3. Objections to the writ petition have already been filed by the respondents. 4. Heard and considered. 5. Having regard to the nature of the alternative relief that has been sought by the petitioners by way of the present petition, the same can be disposed of, at this stage, by extending appropriate directions to the respondents to decide the representation dated 31.07.2024 made by the petitioners in accordance with law within a specified time period. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 31.07.2024 made by the petitioners with the respondents seeking execution of the lease deed/tripartite agreement for vacant land measuring 32 kanals in their favour, in accordance with the applicable rules and guidelines most expeditious preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondents by the petitioners. 3 WP(C) No. 2158/2024 7.
