Heard an application for restoration of SA No. 458 of 2014. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that a peremptory order was passed in SA No. 458 of 2014 on 18.10.2024, whereby the applicants were directed to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry, but due to inadvertence, same could not be rectified by the applicants within prescribed period. He would further submit that the applicants/appellants are interested in pursuing the SA No. 458 of 2014. He would pray to restore 3 SA No. 458 of 2014. He would also submit that the applicants have good case on merits. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose. 4. Taking into consideration the submission by Mr. Patel, the instant MCC for restoration of SA No. 458 of 2014 is hereby allowed. The SA No. 458 of 2014 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- payable to the Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur. 5.
