Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this petition, stating that the trial is in advance stage. 3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
