JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 10/02/2025 Petitioner preferred this writ petition on 19.01.2023, impugning the judgment dated 07.10.2022 passed by the Rajasthan State Co-operative Tribunal, Jaipur quashing and setting aside the judgment dated 25.01.2011 passed by the Court Additional Registrar-II, Co-operative Societies, Jaipur, allowing to proceed against respondent No.1-Radheyshyam Gupta under Section 74 of the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act 1965. When this writ petition came on board on 10.09.2024, again on 13.12.2024, on the prayer of counsel for petitioner matter was adjourned, however, counsel for the petitioner is not agreeable to argue the writ petition and further seeks adjournment. In the interest of justice, writ petition is adjourned, subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited before the Litigation Welfare Fund through Banker’s Cheque/DD in the name of Registrar General LWFA, Rajasthan High Court within a period of four weeks.
