There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and so was the case on the previous date of hearing as well, which suggests that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the case. Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the petition has otherwise, become infructuous. The present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).
