By way of the present writ petition, the petition is against the impugned order dated 09.05.2025 (ΑΝNEXURE P/1) passed the respondent no. 1 Learned Collector Revenue in Case no. the 20203330/00023/A- 89/21/2024-25 whereby learned Collector has passed the order giving Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.09.18 17:43:03 +0530 2 permission to the respondent no. 2 Bank to take possession of the secured property bearing khasra no. 11/1 area 1.420 hectare situated at village Lai, N.H. 43, Tahsil Manendragarh District MCB and directed the Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate Manendragarh District M.C.B. to assist the respondent no. 2 bank in taking possession of the mortgaged property with the help of police force and prepare a panchnama of the said property and a list of secured properties and hand it over to the officer/branch manager of Central Bank of India, Manendragarh branch, authorized by Central Bank of India and ensure that the possession of the mortgaged property is given to Central Bank of India, Manendragarh branch. 2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition under Article 226 would not be maintainable, because the matter relates to SARFEASI Act and under this Act, the matter is heard only before DRT. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4.
