The petitioner has constrained to approach this Court to release the amount of leave encashment, gratuity, arrear of dearness allowance, bonus, general provident fun, arrear of pension along with pension and arrears on account of revision of pay under 7th pay commission along with interest etc. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that payment has been made to petitioner subsequent to filing of this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner has acknowledged of the said facts. 5. Learned counsel for respondents submits that remaining dues will be settled within a very short period of four weeks from today. 6. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that on basis of aforesaid assurance given by counsel for respondent, this writ petition may be disposed of. 7.
