1. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 would submit that the petitioner was reinstated in-compliance of order dated 21.11.2019 and now the entire arrears of salary as per the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by co- ordinate bench of this Court in WPS No. 3343/2009 has been paid to the SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.06.24 10:06:56 +0530
2 petitioner on 18.06.2025. In support of his submission, he annexed the document (Annexure-D/1) showing the transfer of an amount of Rs. 64,25,274/- in the bank account of the petitioner through Nagar Panchayat, Chhuikhadan after giving the necessary approval by the Respondent No. 1 and now the entire order dated 21.11.2019 passed in WPS No. 3343/2009 has been complied with.
2. The submissions made by learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and would submit that in view of the submissions made by the Respondent No. 1, the present contempt petition may be disposed of.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and further considering that both part of the order that reinstatement as well as arrears of salary has been complied with by the Respondent No. 1, nothing survive for further adjudication in the present contempt petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present petitioner is disposed of. The personal presence of the respondents are dispensed with.
