On interaction by us, she stated she is not in illegal detention, is married with Shri Budiprakash who is present in Court and she wants to reside with him. In view thereof, we do not find it to be a case of illegal detention and hence, this habeas corpus petition is disposed off with a direction to the police authorities to escort Ms. ‘R.P.’ to the place of her choice.
