As common question of law and facts are involved in all the aforesaid bunch of Writ Petitions, they are heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. 2. These petitions have been preferred by the petitioners assailing inaction on the part of the respondent authorities as they are not allowing the petitioners to continue to work as Guest Teacher. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already preferred representations before the respondent authorities on 02.03.2022 still the same have not been decided even after lapse of more than three years. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioners have been sent to the respondent No. 2/Director, Public Instructions, Raipur for issuance of suitable direction and would pray for sometime to decide the same. 5. The Director, Public Instruction, Raipur is directed to decide the representations of the petitioners within an outer limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be communicated to the concerned officer. It is made clear that the appointment of the petitioners as Guest Teacher shall be subject to final outcome of the decision taken by the Director, Public Instructions, Raipur. 6. The Director, Public Instructions, Raipur is also directed to decide the representations of the petitioners within the time period given by this Court failing which this Court may take serious view as the representations of the petitioners are pending for last three years. 7.
