Act, Police Station Bardah, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to expedite the proceedings and to decide in terms of sub-section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act, subject to legal impediment, strictly as per the law of the land without any delay.
