Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. It is seen from the records that at present, the subject property is classified as 'Arasu Poromboke Natham'. The petitioners are seeking to reclassify the same as 'Grama Natham' and consequently, seeking for issuance of patta. Unless and otherwise, classification is changed, there is no scope for the second respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioners. 4. In view of the same, the petitioners shall make a fresh representation before the first respondent seeking for reclassification of the land.
