The petitioners are the poor persons, hence the impugned order be modified and the aforesaid amount of fine imposed upon the petitioners may be waived/exempted. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the same. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material on record. Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, impugned order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the learned Collector is modified. The fine of Rs.5,00,000/-, 5,00,000/- & 4,50,000/- respectively imposed by the Collector upon the petitioners are waived/exempted. Rest part of the order dated 16.01.2025 shall remain the same.
