1. Heard Mr. T.K. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for the respondents/ State.

“I. Allow this petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. filed by the petitioner. II. Quash the impugned FIR dated 14.03.2025 bearing Crime No. 52/2025 registered at Police Station, Gunderdehi, District-Balod (C.G.) for the offence U/s 69, 115(2) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the petitioner (as per charge). III. Quash the impugned Final Report No. 79/2025 filed by Police Station, Gunderdehi, District-Balod before the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Balod (Annexure P/1) against the petitioner. IV. Quash the cognizance order dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure P/2) and entire criminal proceedings pending in Special Sessions Case No. 33/2025 before the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Balod, District-Balod against the petitioner. V. Gran any other relief, which may be deemed fit in given facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is every likelihood that the matter will be compromised between the

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
5. Learned State counsel has no objection.
6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
