GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.5 and 6 and their Staff, in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners of their respective lands i.e., an extent of Ac.4.60 cents in Survey No.56-1A and SRK, J WP No.35581 of 2025 2 Ac.0.79 cents in Sy.No.56-1C (1st petitioner), an extent of Ac.0.89 cents in Survey No.56-1B (2nd petitioner) and an extent of Ac.0.89 cents in Sy.No.56-1D (3rd petitioner), situated at Madakamvarigudem village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, Eluru district, without following due process of law. 2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, based on the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Jeelugumilli Mandal, dated 18.12.2025, submitted that the subject matter land is a private land and the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the possessors of the same. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and placing the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Jeelugumilli, dated 18.12.2025, on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
