LAKSHMANA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO: 1828 of 2009 ORDER: The Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Judgment, dated 30.10.2009, passed in Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, confirming the Judgment dated 19.12.2008, passed in C.C.No.294 of 2006 on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru, West Godavari District. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. B. Sanjay Gandhi, learned counsel submits that Mr. Narasimha Rao Davuluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, is no more. 3. He submits that the petitioner Mr. Kuchipudi Venkateswara Rao died on 14.04.2020, and produced a photo copy of the Death Certificate to that effect. 4. Perused the photo copy of Death Certificate attested by the counsel and the same is taken on record. 5. In view of the demise of the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3 6.
