ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.4 herein in calling the petitioner to the Police Station, at the behest of 5th respondent, without there being any complaint case registered, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein to take action against the 4th respondent for causing interference in the civil disputes, and to grant such…”
2. Heard Smt. S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondnets.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint given by the unofficial respondent No.5, a crime has been registered against the petitioner herein in Crime No.157 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) & 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Tuni Town Police Station. The police called the petitioner to the police station to serve the notice under Section 35(3), but the petitioner did not turn up to the police station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed to follow due process regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
