1. Instant civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for modification of order dated 11.05.2023 (Annexure P-3), passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda.
2. Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of
order dated 08.03.2025, passed by the National Lok Addalat, to state that the respondent-Bank has withdrawn the suit as a compromise has been affected between the parties under one time settlement (OTS) scheme. He states that in view of this development, petition has become infructuous.
3. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
