Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction against six persons, who are respondents herein. Along with said suit, he also filed a temporary injunction application, on which notices were issued to all the defendants. Since learned trial court did not pass any ex-parte ad-interim order in the application, therefore, he filed this writ petition. 4. This Court does not find any infirmity in the order dated 19.02.2025 passed by learned trial court. The course of action adopted by learned trial court was strictly as per law. Thus, there is no scope for interference in the matter. 5. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to consider and decide petitioner’s temporary injunction application on the next date fixed in the matter, or any other day, within three weeks thereafter, provided all the defendants are served. 6. Let certified copy of this order be supplied to the petitioner within 48 hours.
