The remedy against the suspension order is under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (for short ‘KCS Act, 1969’). The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Co-operative Arbitration Court regarding the order impugned in this writ petition. 3. If the petitioner moves to the Arbitration Court under Section 69 of the KCS Act, 1969, the Arbitration Court should proceed with the merits of the case expeditiously and decide the same 2025:KER:29493 WP(C) NO. 9829 OF 2025 4 within a period of 3 months from today, subject to the co-operation of the petitioner and the respondent Society.
