These criminal miscellaneous bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 in respect of FIR No.388/2025 registered at Police Station Rajgarh Alwar, District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 189(2) and 324(5) of BNS. [2025:RJ-JP:51235] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-16585/2025] 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the FIR, whereas they have not committed any offence whatsoever. Learned counsel further submits that after lodging of FIR, the injured persons have entered into compromise with the petitioners and the compromise as well as the affidavit of the injured have also been placed on record. Learned counsel submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has also been filed and he is behind the bars since 18.10.2025, therefore, he is no longer required for any custodial interrogation and trial is likely to take considerably long time. Hence, a prayer has been made to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed this bail application. Learned counsel for the complainant did not dispute that the injured persons have entered into compromise with the petitioners and one compromise in writing has also been executed. He also does not dispute the affidavit of injured persons placed on record. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and in view of the fact that compromise has entered into between the parties and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 5.
