By way of this petition, petitioner seeking following relief(s): “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the claim of petitoner for grant of patta of the subject land bearing compartment No.P-185, Rakba 0.40 hectare situated at village Kapildevpur, Tahsil Balrampur (C.G.), as early as possible. 10.2 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that present petition is being made for appropriate direction for the respondent authorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of patta of the subject land bearing compartment no. P-185 rakba 0.40 hectare situated at village Balrampur(C.G) in which the petitioner is in possession of the subject It is further land since last 55 years and cultivating of the land submitted that on the application filed by the petitioner for grant of patta of the subject land, proceeding has been 3 / 4 drawn and after enquiry petitioner is eligible for grant of patta of the subject land by the Panchayat Level Committee and the matter is pending before the Divisional Level Committee Balrampur and till the application for grant of patta of the subject land filed by the petitioner has not been decided by the concern authorities. It is submitted that the respondent authorities have already granted patta to the similar situated persons in the same part of land and in the same compartment and in the same village vide order dated 6.4.2022. It is submitted that this Hon'ble Court was please to consider and deposed of the identical petition in W.P (C) no. 3916/2025 vide order dated 28.7.2025. Hence, this Petition. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection in deciding the claim of Van Adhikar Patta of the petitioner. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the ends of justice would be served if the present petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Authorities i.e. Respondents No.3 & 4 to consider the application/claim of the petitioner for grant of Van Adhikar Patta, and to take any early decision on the said application, subject to meeting all other requisite eligibility criteria and to proceed further within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the application/claim of the petitioner is decided, the parties are directed to maintain the status -quo, as it exists today. 4 / 4 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
