ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not mutating the names of the petitioners in revenue records and not issuing pattadar pass books (E-Pass Book) in respect of the petitioners’ agricultural land of an extent Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.125 of Kanumalacheruvu Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Palnadu District as per the Rc.No. 15/2023-A dated 4.12.2023 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the 4‘^ respondent to mutate the petitioners name in the revenue records and issue pattadhar pass books (E-Pass Book) in respect of the petitioners’ agricultural land an extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.125 of Kanumalacheruvu Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Palnadu District as per the Rc.No. 15/2023-A dated 4.12.2023 by considering the petitioners’ representation dated 5.2.2025 and pass...” Heard

3. The claim of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.125 of Kanumalacheruvu Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Palnadu District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioners and others, the 4**^ respondent herein conducted a detailed enquiry and passed an order dated 04.12.2023 admitting the claim of the petitioners as pattadars to an extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.125 of Kanumalacheruvu Village. After issuance of said
3 NVf^ W.P.No.9096of2025 proceedings dated 04.12.2023, the petitioners has requested the 4 th respondent for mutation of their name in the revenue records as well as in web site as pattadar of the subject land, in compliance of the proceedings dated
04.12.2023. Even after receipt of the representations, so far, the respondents neither consider the representation nor passed any other proceedings. Hence, the present Writ Petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents readily agreed to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioners, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by both learned counsel and on perusal of the material placed on record, it is clearly demonstrated that the petitioners are entitled to mutate their names as pattadar to an extent of Acs.0-39 cents in Sy.No.125 of Kanamalacheruvu Village. The petitioners instead of filing application under 6-A form, which is proper application for mutation has made representations for the same. To that effect, learned
6. counsel submits that the petitioners are unable to submit Form-6A through online. Therefore, the petitioners submitted representations on 05.02.2025 and 22.12.2023. in the light of these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh
7. representation with acknowledgment or Form 6-A application within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After such
