Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revenue divisional officer passed orders in favour of the 5th respondent. Further the sole writ petitioner died and the legal representatives of the sole writ petitioner have pursued their remedies before appropriate forum and there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
