GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ & RURAL DEV 3 The Court made the following order: Sri S.Karunakar, learned counsel, representing Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time and despite best efforts, he could not find out the whereabouts of the petitioner. Parties must invariably remain in touch with their advocates during the pendency of their cases. If they fail to do so, their case may become infructuous, even though it might have continued otherwise. In view of the above, since the matter pertains to the year 2007 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
