Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quash the impugned order dated 20.02.2025 passed by Commissioner, Vindhyachal Division, Vindhyachal in Case No. 262 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202516000000262) (Dashrath and another Versus Sub Divisional Officer Judicial) under section 210, U.P. of Revenue Code, 2006, whereby dismissed the Revision and order dated 06.12.2024 passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), Tehsil-Aurai, District-Bhadohi in Case No. 02916/2018 (Computer Case No. T201816670602916 (Dashrath and another Versus State) under Section 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No. 1 & 2 of the Writ Petition)." 3. An application under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been rejected by the court below on the ground that State of U.P. and Gaon Sabha was not made party in the said application. 4. Since the petitioner can file fresh application after impleading all the necessary parties and the impugned order will not be an impediment for filing subsequent application, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. In case, such an application is filed after impleading necessary parties, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, after giving opportunity to all the concerned parties, in accordance with law. 6.
