1. The above captioned Writ Petitions involve common questions of law and
facts therefore both were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
2. The petitioner(s) have filed these petitions against the non payment of the amount of General Provident Fund (GPF).
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) would submit that the these matters are pertaining to the entitlement of GPF amount and calculation thereof. He would pray that these matters may be referred to the the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute involved in these cases.
4. On the Other hand, learned counsels appearing for the respondents would oppose.
5. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
6. Taking into consideration the fact that disputed questions of facts are involved in these cases, therefore, both the matters are referred to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute. The committee is directed to decide the entitlement of the petitioners after affording a due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other interested parties within
3 a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. Office of Advocate General is directed to supply one copy of these petitions along with necessary documents to the said committee.
8. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/-
