Side) ORDER This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to suspend the sentence imposed by learned Special Judge, I-Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, vide order dated 28.01.2025 in C.C.No.557 of 2022 and release the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the above Crl.A.No.657 of 2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 21337 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 3 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J. kas 2.The petitioner earlier moved Crl.M.P.No.11406 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.657 of 2025 seeking suspension of sentence, and this Court, vide order dated 11.07.2025, dismissed the said petition. Subsequently, the petitioner moved Crl.M.P.No.16582 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.657 of 2025, and this Court finding that there is no change of circumstances, had dismissed the said petition on 18.09.2025. 3.This is the 3rd suspension of sentence petition.
