Subsequently, the petitioner moved Crl.M.P.No.16582 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.657 of 2025, and this Court finding that there is no change of circumstances, had dismissed the said petition on 18.09.2025. 3.This is the 3rd suspension of sentence petition.
