SUDHESHNA YAKKALA Advocate for the Petitioner/Accused(s) and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent/Complainant, the court made the following ORDER “Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Condition No.(iv) imposed on the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crl.P.No.7970 of 2025, vide order dated 07.08.2025, is partly relaxed. directing the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a month, i.e., on the first Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet.
