In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 02.05.2024, the ASI of Police, Chatterjeehat PS, HPC submitted a report stating that the appellant Susanta Kumar Sen has already been expired on 03.07.2021. A photocopy of Certificate of Death of that appellant is annexed with the report. 4. As the sole appellant has already expired, the instant appeal stands abated against him. 5.
